Reservations

How can I make a reservation?: You can make a reservation through the website’s reservation form, by phone, or by email.
When can I make a reservation?: Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance of your desired date. Please contact us for more details.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?: Yes, you can. However, a cancellation fee may apply depending on how many days in advance you cancel. For details, please see the “Facilities & Fees” page. For changes, please contact us as early as possible.
What payment methods are accepted?: We only accept cash. Credit cards and other payment methods are not available.
How can I check availability?: Please contact us by phone or through the inquiry form.

Can I rent sheets and towels?: Yes. A rental set of four items—two sheets, a pillowcase, and a bath towel—is available for 600 yen. Please request this when making your reservation.
Are hair dryers available?: Yes, each facility is equipped with a hair dryer.
Are amenities such as soap and shampoo provided?: Body soap and 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner are provided. Please bring your own toiletries, such as a toothbrush.
Do I need travel insurance?: We recommend purchasing domestic travel insurance on your own to cover any unexpected accidents or illnesses.

What are the check-in and check-out times?: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Can I eat meals on site?: Yes. We ask guests to prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchens in each facility. You are free to use the cooking utensils and tableware provided.
Is internet access available?: Wi-Fi is available in the Main House, Log Cabins, and Chapel but it is not available in the Japanese-style house.
Are baths or showers available?: Yes. The Main House has separate baths for men and women. The Log Cabins and the Japanese-style house each have a bathroom with a shower.
Can I do laundry?: Yes. Washing machines are available in the Main House, Log Cabins, and Japanese-style house.
Is air conditioning available?: The dining room in the Main House and the Chapel are equipped with air conditioning.
What should I do with my trash?: Please separate your trash and bring it to the designated disposal area before check-out.
Can I have a campfire or bonfire?: Yes, you can. We will prepare the campfire setup (wood structure) for you.
Are fireworks allowed?: Handheld fireworks are allowed. However, fireworks that shoot into the air, such as skyrockets, are prohibited by Karuizawa town ordinance.

Is there parking available?: Yes, there is parking available.
Are there any supermarkets or convenience stores nearby?: Yes, there are supermarkets and convenience stores about 15 minutes away by car.
