【Terms of Use and Precautions】
Thank you for using our campground. In order for you to have a comfortable and meaningful time, we ask for your cooperation in complying with the following terms of use and precautions.
- Terms of Use

This campground is a facility belonging to a Christian organization based on biblical faith. We welcome churches, organizations, and individuals who understand and agree with our confession of faith to use our facilities for the purpose of faith education, training, fellowship, and recreation. We ask that you please understand the purpose of our facility before using it.
- Rules and Etiquette

- Please be mindful of the faith-based status and atmosphere of our facility. Please refrain from any activities that may cause inconvenience to other users or the neighborhood.
- Alcohol and smoking are prohibited in the entire facility. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM If you will be arriving significantly late, please be sure to notify us in advance.
- Please separate trash and dispose of it in the designated areas.
- Please use the facilities and equipment carefully. In the event of damage or loss, please notify the staff immediately.
- Please be aware of noise and keep quiet at night (after 9:00 PM) as it may disturb other users and the neighborhood.
- Reservations, Payment, and Cancellation

- After we have received your reservation request, please transfer 10% of the room charge as an application fee to the designated bank account. (Please bear the bank transfer fee.)
- Please inform us of the final confirmation of the number of guests at least one week prior to the date of your stay. If the number of guests decreases after the final confirmation date, a fee may be charged.
- In case of cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will be charged according to the number of days from the date of use.
- 13 days to 2 days before: 30% of the room charge
- The day before: 80% of the room charge
- The day of or no-show cancellation: 100% of the room charge
- We will do our best to accommodate any increase in the number of guests or change of dates, so please contact us as soon as possible.
- About meals

We ask our guests to prepare their own meals. Each accommodation is equipped with cooking utensils, refrigerators, microwave ovens, tableware, etc. Please feel free to use them and enjoy your favorite dishes. (If you are staying with a group and wish to have meals provided, please contact us separately.)
- Things to Bring

Sheets (2), Pillowcase (1), Bath Towel (1)
※ We have a 4-piece set of sheets (2 sheets, a pillowcase, and a bath towel) available for rent for 600 yen. If you wish to rent these items, please let us know at the time of application.
